5.vaja: LYING LEG CURL (2x 8 pon., 2x 6 pon., nato 15s pauze in all out).
6.vaja: HANGING LEG RAISE (4x 15 pon.,)
7.vaja: CABLE CRUNCHES (4x 15 pon.,)
8.vaja: TRX SIDE PLANK (4x)
